Vineyard Vista

Our Vineyard Vista is a breathtaking outdoor venue overlooking the eastern vineyards and Wetland Preserve. The idyllic vista offers a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. With Sonoma charm and Tuscan influence the Vineyard Vista provides you with an unforgettable backdrop for your special moment.

Grand Piazza

Following your ceremony, enjoy the Tuscan feel of Jacuzzi's Grand Piazza with Italian stonework and arched windows framing glorious views. Our piazza is a romantic and picturesque location for post ceremony reception or al fresco dining from May to October. A beautiful clear tent graces the piazza November through April providing an option for outdoor dining all year long.

Barrel Room

Perfect for upscale occasions, the Jacuzzi Barrel Room provides an elegant setting for up to 150 guests, with plenty of room for dancing. With polished European ambiance and beautiful décor, this stunning room can be transformed for formal dining or reimagined into a glamorous ballroom.

Tuscan Road

This tree-lined vineyard road is available as an addition to our wedding package. The Tuscan Road is a rustic vineyard venue perfect for smaller, more intimate celebrations. This location can accommodate as many as 50 guests for a ceremony or for vineyard dining and up to 100 guests for a wine reception. Additional fees and restrictions apply. Availability is subject to change.

What services and equipment are included with the site fee?

- Five hours use of the Vineyard Vista, Grand Piazza and Barrel Room
- White folding chairs for ceremony and dining
- 5’ round dining tables (seats 8 per table)
- Specialty tables for cake, gifts and cocktails (subject to availability)
- Use of iron patio sets and umbrellas (subject to availability)
- Labor for set up and break-down of all Jacuzzi equipment
- Hospitality team and restroom attendant on site to oversee the event

Does Jacuzzi Family Vineyards allow outside alcohol or hard alcohol?
Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is licensed to sell wine and beer only. Distilled spirits are prohibited. Client and client’s guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages of any kind to an event held at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards.

Do we receive a discount on Jacuzzi Family Vineyards wines?
Yes. Our clients receive a 20% discount on all Jacuzzi Family Vineyards wines for their wedding.

Who provides bartenders and glassware?
Your caterer will provide bartenders and all glassware for the event.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes. We will provide you with a list of Vendor Partners from which you’ll choose your caterer, wedding planner and lighting partner. The list includes our recommendations for other vendor options including photographers, DJ’s, florists and a variety of other providers.

Does Jacuzzi Family Vineyards require a wedding planner?
Yes, we require that couples hire a professional wedding planner that is onsite the day of the event. Please refer to our Vendor Partners list for our approved planning partners.

What limitations exist for music?
Pursuant to the Sonoma County noise ordinances, music must end by 10pm outdoors and 11pm indoors.

Is there a dressing room for the Bride?
Yes, our Bridal Suite is located on the second floor of the winery and is accessible by elevator or stairs. The bridal party will have access to the Bridal Suite two hours prior to ceremony.

Do you offer overtime?
Yes, standard overtime rates are charged at $1,000.00 per hour or any fraction of an hour over the 5-hour time frame. Any event activity after 11:00 pm is considered premium overtime and will carry a charge of $1,500.00 per hour or any fraction thereof. Sales tax applies.

Is a wedding rehearsal included in the site fee?
We include one-hour use of the ceremony venue for a wedding rehearsal (subject to availability).

How are site fee payments collected?
The basic site fees are paid in two equal deposits. The first deposit is due at the time of signing the contract. The second half is due 120 days in advance of the event.

Do you require event insurance?
Yes. We ask for an insurance rider naming Jacuzzi Family Vineyards as additionally insured for the day of the event.

Do you require shuttle or valet service?
Shuttle service or valet parking is required for events of 200 or more guests.

How early can we arrive to set up on our wedding day?
Access to the winery for set up is permitted after 3pm on the day of the wedding. Access for event strike is permitted up to two hours after the contracted end time.

How can we reserve a date?
We are happy to place a 2-week hold on a date while you finalize your venue selection. Once you are ready to move forward, we require a signed contract and deposit to secure the date.
