Suggested Wine Paring: Primitivo
Brown cubed chicken breasts in olive oil. Add onions, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken broth, Jacuzzi Primitivo, basil, marjoram, capers, salt and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes. 5 Minutes before serving add fresh parsley. Serve over polenta or pasta with a glass of Jacuzzi Family Vineyards Primitivo.
