Sample their hand-crafted olive delicacies and learn their curing recipes in the stunning Italian piazza at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards.Sample small-batch virgin olive oils made on site by The Olive Press. Taste Carneros Caves cheeses, and compare notes with olive tree experts from Olive Grove Nursery. Food pairings by Greenstring Farm and Olive & Vine Culinary.
